Street Art Sunday – Berlin, Germany (1)
by the messy optimist
So – every Sunday – whichever part of the world I am – I’m going to get out images of raw street art that I find and post it here. It can be anything from paintings, chalk drawings on walls, graffiti, murals, photographs, weird store and restaurant names and logos, interesting and striking doors and walls and gates, interesting play on language – just about anything that is unique and artistic – by way of colors and language – I’m going to feature it here.
So for Street Art Sunday today – I have a few pictures I clicked when I was in Berlin. These are a combination of weird sights and unique moments that are artistic without being the standard touristy pictures that you can caption.
BTW – I understand what you’re thinking. You’re thinking – she was in Berlin…like, BERLIN – the very Mecca of art, especially street art consisting of incredible murals and graffiti. Where’s all that? Fear not, folks – they’re ALL there. I have SO MANY ‘pieces of art’ from Berlin to show you all. Especially, some of the amazing art graffiti from the East Side Gallery Wall. So, trust me, it’s all coming and coming soon enough.
But for now – enjoy these!
